Hilton at the Ballpark to Unveil ArchView Ballroom with Macy's "Stars on Broadway" Fashion Show
ST. LOUIS (HOTELS-STL.com), March 2, 2008 - Macy's, Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, and KMOV-TV, will be rolling out the red carpet on Saturday evening, April 5th for the most lustrous fashion happening ever seen in the St. Louis area.
Macy's "Stars on Broadway", the name of which is emblematic of the renown Macy's red star and the Broadway location of Hilton at the Ballpark, will be an unrivaled showcase of fashion and entertainment. Virginia Kerr, Anchor at KMOV-TV, will host the one-night only event, which will be headlined by luminaries from Broadway musicals and feature top fashion models and special celebrity guests.
The event will also celebrate the Grand Opening of the magnificent new ArchView Ballroom at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, with its floor to ceiling windows and a stunning view of the St. Louis skyline.
The fashion event will benefit the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Guests will enter on the red carpet for Macy's high-energy runway fashion event showcasing the hottest spring styles, from top designers including: INC International Concepts, Kensie, Kenneth Cole Reaction, MICHAEL Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY Jeans, plus others to be announced.
The Broadway produced, fully choreographed runway show by RYAN STANA begins at 8:00 pm. The show will combine video, music and dance for an unforgettable performance where the magic of Broadway Theater will come to life as the latest spring fashion trends are introduced on the runway.
Following the show, guests at the Super Star Post Party will be surrounded by the city lights visible from the ArchView Ballroom and the elites, frolicking with the show's glitterati. Cuisine, cocktails, and conversation will bring down the curtain on Macy's "Stars on Broadway."
The "Super Star" VIP tickets at $125 per person will include Cocktail Reception at 7:00 pm, premier seating for the Fashion Show and admittance to the Post Party. "Stars" tickets at $80 per person includes Cocktail Reception and Fashion Show. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster, by phone at 314-421-4400 or at any St. Louis area Macy's location.
